The 2 story 1923 rear house was originally built as a porte cochere. The only enclosure on the ground floor was the garage. Most of the second floor was elevated on stilts, over an area where horses were kept. According to the seller's grandparents, the area was enclosed to create the third unit around 1942.All units are in operation as furnished, short term vacation units. The Craftsman built ins are unusually well preserved, and the units are well appointed with a distinctive nod to the early 20th Century. The front house 425 can book on Air bnb, VRBO etc. as two separate units with their own exterior entrances or they can be combined into one unit for larger groups. 427 (upstairs) can sleep up to 4 with it's 2 bedrooms and living room convertible sofa. 429 (down stairs rear) can sleep two comfortably and a third on the daybed. The vacation rentals have enjoyed nearly full occupancy since we began the project four years ago. All the units are currently occupied, but can be viewed by arrangement.
